Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AktivSMS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
AktivSMS rents temporary virtual phone numbers so you can receive an SMS verification code from a third-party service. Numbers are shared, temporary, and issued per order — they aren't assigned to you personally and shouldn't be used for anything beyond receiving the code you paid for.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password confidential. One account per person. We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is compromised, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
AktivSMS is for legitimate verification only. You may not use it for illegal activity, harassment, creating fake or bulk accounts to abuse another platform's rules, evading a ban, or anything that violates the terms of the service you're verifying with. We may refuse service or terminate an account for violations, without refund.
Payments and balance
Top-ups are processed by Epoint, a licensed Azerbaijani payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. Your balance is a prepaid credit spent on number rentals at the price shown before purchase.
Refunds and cancellations
If no verification code arrives within the order's timeout window, or you cancel before one arrives (once the provider's minimum wait time has passed), your balance is refunded automatically. Once a code is delivered, the rental is complete and isn't refundable.
No guarantee of delivery
Numbers and code delivery depend on third-party carriers and the service you're verifying with, both outside our control. We can't guarantee a specific number will be accepted or that a code will arrive — the refund policy above is the remedy for that.
Termination
You can stop using AktivSMS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraud, or chargebacks. Any remaining balance on a closed account is handled at our discretion, consistent with applicable law.
Liability
AktivSMS is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for failures of third-party carriers or payment processors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. We may update them as the product evolves — meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Questions? See Contact.
